Where is Tanjung Tokong / Bayan Baru / Bukit Jambul ?
 

It's the centre spot to major tourist attraction places & shopping in Penang Island. Refer Penang Tourism link. 

I'm first time there and how can I get the check in keys?
 

Map and exact location will be provided before check in and we will arrange to pass the key.  

Where is the nearest supermarkets, restaurants, shops & ATM machine ? 

Our homestay is within 5 - 10 minutes walk or drive to those locations. 

How many nights I can booked?


Minimum nights are TWO (2) nights and up to 3 units apartments for weekend (Friday to Sunday). ONE (1) night will be considered on weekdays.

Is there any discount rate?

It will be based on number of pax, total nights and yes to our regular customers. 

How to booked?
 

Please immediately deposit RM 100 bank into Maybank / RHB account & e-mail confirmation slip will be sent. The full balance have to be paid once check in. Payment in MYR cash. 

Can I check in with 10 persons?
 

Yes. For comfortable stay that's the maximum for adults and childrens. Else, there are additional charge or we will release the unit to others.
Can we check in three units? 

Yes, do ask us for availability. 
 

Can we check in early or check out late? 

Based on availability. 

If I cancel my trip, postponed or check out earlier, can I get return money? 

Please inform us within 72 hours for cancellation. Else, deposit will be forfeited since we have rejected other booking previously. If through Ibilik, we will return the balance after deduct deposit and commission once receive payment from Ibilik.

What can I expect from Homestay Palm Penang?


This is budget homestay which we provide a basic utilities. If need additional, do ask us and it will be at nominal charges. Good news is we do provide DIY travel information which will save your time and money, too.


Is breakfast included?


No, since resident area here already have budget restaurant.


Are pets allowed?

No.

Any regulations for cooking?


Kindly respect since non-halal foods are prohibited.
Is the receipt provided?
Yes, it is upon request. Either receipt or invoice will be given or sent through e-mails / whatsapp.
